Capgenie @Capgemini

I was Project director for a HR portal and also the scrum master.
My team and I won the call for bid which was internal and external of Capgemini.

I picked 17 people from my team in Lille and identified  key contacts in France, US, UK and India.

 

We defined the mandatory features for the MVP with HR and employees, our customers. Then we prioritised them in sprints, as agile was used.

The team was composed of Software engineers, test managers, product owners and UI designers.

 

I was also in charge of presenting the project, deliver training to the HR partners and manage the run project: development was done in Lille, operations was done in India.

 

This was a large project (tenth of millions of euros, 1.5 years of development), involving different countries and cultures. My common thread was to keep the team motivated in a good atmosphere where they can support each others.
