Oh Lily ! Snacks 

Two sisters created a snacks based on water lily seeds 3 years ago and would like to increase their online footprint with Shopify

I first audit the website and identify the customer's needs.

The objective wasn't clear to me as I didn't find the shop at the 1st place : was this a lifestyle blog or an online shop?

 

I made three personas  to help them finding the best strategy to fit with their values, and  presented them the different customer journeys.

We moved to Shopify which is best suited for e-commerce.

I helped them rebuilding the website with a consistence between the message and the design.

The structure was kept simple, so that clients can easily find what they want.

 

This brought them new visitors, converted to new customers in addition to their returning ones.

 

We plan to evaluate the results after 1 year to see the seasonality of the product life
